Motivation and Success

Attitude is Everything

You don’t need steroids or Viagra to improve performance—you just need an attitude adjustment.  This presentation teaches audiences how to alter attitude to achieve their goals—whether it be health goals, personal goals or professional performance goals—our attitude determines our altitude in everything we do.  This is a great motivational presentation that can be used to kick off or wrap up a conference, a school year or provide desert for your banquet.  It can be adapted to focus on self esteem, personal wellness, performance enhancement or goal setting.  His 5 steps to improved performance are direct, simple, and effective and based on his book titled “The Mindset for Winning”.

Other titles and variations of the program include:

Attitude is Everything: Self-Esteem and High Level Wellness
Attitude: The Fuel that Determines your Attitude
Change your Attitude; Change your Life

Talk Like an Eagle:  The Power of Self-Talk

What do you udder—I mean utter, when you look in the mirror each morning.  Learn to start your day with “mental caffeine” and keep it pumping all day long.  How you talk to yourself is critical to success and outstanding day-to-day performance.  Yes, your self-talk does affect on performance on a grand scale.  Using the Indian Legend of the “Prairie Chicken” verses the “Eagle”, Dr. Jack takes the audience through samples and examples of how your self-talk can ground you with the prairie chickens or help you soar with the Eagles.  Participants learn the power of daily affirmations, positive self-talk goal setting, and how to jump-start a daily routine that will leave you excited.

Shift Happens:  Dealing with Change

Only death and taxes are constants—everything else is in constant change.  As our world changes, the ability to adjust becomes ever more important if we are to be successful and healthy.  This presentation focuses on dealing with the constant upheaval of change in work settings and our personal lives and how we can alter our attitudes to decrease the accompanying insecurity and stress that often comes with change.  As we begin to view change as a positive force to be harnessed excitement and anticipation overcomes the stress and insecurity.  It’s guaranteed that participants leave this presentation with a renewed sense of direction and spring in their step.

Take this Job and Love it!

Do you ever feel frustrated, bored or lackadaisical at work?  Can’t get fired up like you use to!  Hate the thought of Monday morning or start looking toward Friday on Wednesday.  You’re not alone but no sense in brooding, and complaining when there are some simple things you can do to return that fire and excitement back into your life.  Don’t ever consider changing jobs if you’re unhappy—because you’ll be unhappy at the new job after the honeymoon.  The key is to learn how to be happy, content and excited about where you are today.  This presentation will provide the spark you need to begin the resurrection of that old fire you had at the beginning.
