Go with the best!  All speakers claim to be stress experts, but why not go with the original “Stress Doctor”.  The author of “Learn to Relax:  A 14 day Program”, “How to Relax:  A Holistic Approach to Stress Management”, and “Teaching Stress Management and Relaxation Skills: An Instructors Guide”, Dr. Curtis was the founder and past Director of the La Crosse Stress Management Institute, which trained people from around the world on how to teach relaxation skills.  He taught stress management and relaxation skills for 25 years at the collegiate level to over 2000 students and thousands more in his workshops and presentations.  Articles about him and his stress management work have appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers including Shape Magazine, Men’s Health, and Stars and Stripes.

Appropriate for educators or health care professionals, this seminar/workshop will teach participants how to develop, and lead relaxation techniques and to implement entire stress management programs for specific populations.  Based on the book “Teaching Stress Management and Relaxation Skills:  An Instructor’s Guide” co-authored by Dr. Jack this workshop can be designed to meet your needs in any environment or with any group you will work with.  Length depends on your needs.  Minimum:  2 hours, maximum 2 days.
